Abstract


Dunia teknologi telah mengalami kemajuan yang sangat cepat. Teknologi elektronika pula turut memberikan kontribusi bagi keberlangsungan kehidupan. Aneka macam jenis alat dan inovasi telah didapatkan manusia untuk memenuhi kebutuhan serta kegiatan manusia, terlebih lagi pada era teknologi di masa ini. Salah satu teknologi yang efektif dan efisien adalah pengendali pintu gerbang otomatis. Pintu gerbang yang digunakan pada saat ini masih memakai sistem manual, yaitu dengan cara mendorong atau menggeser pintu gerbang tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, dalam penelitian ini akan dirancang suatu sistem untuk membuka dan menutup pintu gerbang secara otomatis berbasis Arduino Uno dengan kontrol melalui operasi smartphone dan E-KTP dalam proses pembuatan dan perancangannya. Dengan demikian, sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi suatu kemajuan teknologi yang memberikan kemudahan dan ketenangan bagi para penggunanya.
