SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN MASYARAKAT TERPADU PADA KANTOR KELURAHAN PALUPI BERBASIS WEB
Abstract
Buat peningkatan mutu pelayanan maka diharapkan suatu sistem pelayanan terpadu pada kelurahan sebagai akibatnya data pengolahan lebih cepat dan seksama, dan mempercepat informasi yang dibutuhkan serta menjadi wahana penunjang aktivitas rakyat yg aman, simpel serta seksama dalam penyajian data dan informasi masyarakat. Pada penelitian ini dibangun sistem informasi berbasis web, dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif dan tipe penelitian studi kasus. metode analisa yang dipergunakan pada penelitian ini artinya metode analisis komparatif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan diantaranya melalui observasi, wawancara, kepustakaan, dan dokumentasi. Dalam pembuatan sistem ini penulis menggunakan PHP MYSQL, metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan prototype, dengan menggunakan pengujian sistem Black Box.
